Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER? 

Most of the items in this shop are handmade to order. Depending on the size of your order it can take 3-6 weeks to ship. The Elma Essentials items are in stock and will ship within 1-3 days. 

Q. WHERE DOES ELMASHOP.CO SHIP TO? 

We currently ship worldwide! If you don't see your country at checkout please contact elma@elmashop.co. 

Q. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? 

We use United States Postal Service. If you would prefer a different carrier please contact elma@elmashop.co.

Domestic First Class $4-6 (2-5 business days)

Domestic Priority $8-12 (1-3 business days)

International First Class $13-16 (8-14 business days)

International Priority $38-45 (4-7 business days) 

Q. ARE THERE TAXES OR DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? 

Delivery to most countries outside of the U.S. will incur customs duties. The purchaser is responsible for any fees or duties incurred upon receipt of the goods. For more details on the taxes and fees please check with your local customs.

GENERAL

Q. WHERE ARE ELMA LINGERIE ITEMS MADE? 

Every product in our shop is proudly made in the USA. All Handmade items are made in by Elma in her studio in San Jose, California. The Elma Essentials items are manufactured in Pennsylvania.   

Q. WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

Most orders take 3-6 weeks to fulfill. The more items in the order, the longer it takes. Appliqué sets also take a longer fulfillment time due to the nature of the appliqué stitching process. If you haven't received your order within this time or would like an update on the status, please email elma@elmashop.co with your order number and name.
